baby update

Here is the latest update on our baby!  We had our big 2nd trimester ultrasound Wednesday and were pleasantly surprised to find out that we are having a boy!  We are so excited and can't wait to meet him. He was very active and gave us almost all of the views we needed. :) The photos are a little blurry, but I still think he is pretty adorable.  Check out that cute little foot!  I can feel him kicking me all the time now, which is such an incredible feeling.  Stay tuned for more to come.  :)

2009 Session Pricing

Here is my new 2009 session pricing. I am excited about this new system. With every session (family, senior, baby, anything) you will be able to view all your edited images in an online gallery. Then, you choose the images you would like on your CD. If you only want ten shots, you just pay for ten. If you want all fifty, you can have those too. And with the CD, you are able to print, copy, and use the images any way you like. Stay tuned for some new Senior and Newborn packages soon to come! Introducing...

I now have wedding packages available! I am thrilled to be able to do this and am so excited for those weddings I have already booked. I know planning a wedding is a stressful adventure, so hopefully we can work together to make it fun and enjoyable. I LOVE weddings and I LOVE photography, and I LOVE people and capturing the emotion in relationships. Here are just a few wedding samples from months past and my new wedding pricing. Here are some more of DJ on his 1st birthday.  I love spending time with this family because they know what is important, and it shows on their little boy's smile!  I also love the balloons...a last minute change of plans but they ended being so fun.  I'm glad I brought them!  Enjoy!

Confessions

So, I suppose it is time to confess the real reason I have been slacking on blogging and slow on getting photos back lately!  On November 4th (the fateful election day) Dan and I found out we are going to be parents!!  We couldn't be more excited and are (hopefully) ready for the changes a new little life will bring.  Our little peanut is due to arrive around July 9th, the day before our 5th anniversary.  That makes me about 14 weeks along right now.  These past 14 weeks have definitely been an adventure!  Mostly filled with lines like, "I am so hungry but nothing sounds good but if I don't eat I think I might die or at least puke or something!"  Or, "I am so tired!  I know I just slept a bunch of hours and I have a million things to do, but all I can think of is sleeping some more!"  

Anyway, we are super excited, and so thankful that God is forming this tiny miracle inside me.  I know there will be more blogging about Little One to come, but for now, here is the first of many baby photos!

New Year Update [the abridged version]

Happy New Year!  I know, I know, I am a little later than most, but I am still working on getting my Christmas decor packed up, so it is just a slow year!  My November & December were PACKED with shoots, so now I am finally able to post them (and breathe a little).  So here they are, in chronological order...

This is Amy and James, the beautiful kids of my nurse at school, Gina.  We had fun "horsing around" (c'mon laugh a little!) and enjoying the weather.  

This is Doug, soon to be graduate of Gilbert High.  Isn't he handsome?

This is the Brunk family. So many beautiful faces and so much love!

This is the gorgeous baby Jazlyn!  Just three weeks old at this shoot!  She belongs to the very blessed Erick and Cindy, click here for a reminder.

This is Sity who is soon to be graduating.  Isn't she beautiful?  That is definitely true on the inside as well!

And, finally, this is DJ.  Six months ago, he looked like this.  And now, he is already 1 year old!  Can't beat those eyes and that cute bottom!

I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying the New Year.  God has blessed 2008 so greatly, and I am excited to see what he will do in 2009.  Enjoy every minute!
