We Found Fall!

Lots of people say that Arizona skips fall, but Dan and I went camping over the weekend up north and we definitely found some fall!  The leaves were changing and the weather was absolutely beautiful! Take a look!

Making hot chocolate.  Mmmmmm...

I love how the water looks in this one.  Java had so much fun :)

Dramatically crossing the stream.

Breakfast time!

My November is packed with shoots, so stay tuned for some fun families and awesome seniors!

My Modeling Debut :)

I needed some updated photos for my website and new blog, so my girl Kacey Luvi hooked me up!  She is an awesome photog in the area, and an even more awesome friend.  Check out her site, it rocks.  I am not super comfortable in front of the camera, but Kacey did a great job making me feel like a model.  :)  Thanks Kacey!  I love how they turned out!

Check Out This Hot Mama!!

All those little yellow glowing dots are actually a million tiny bugs that we had to fight through!  They turned out surprisingly well in the photos though!  Kind of like fairy dust!  Hehe.

My absolute favorite image of the day...

I don't normally do a lot of  "studio" shooting, but for maternity sessions, I feel like it just works.  So we set up a "studio" in my living room and went crazy!  They turned out pretty good if I do say so myself!

I usually don't colorize my images (you know, make one color stand out), but their nursery is pink and brown, so I thought these were appropriate with the sepia toning too.  My new favorite prop...a pink boa!  It will definitely make an appearance in the newborn shoot!

Thanks so much you guys!  I had a blast!  See you next month!

One More...

Ok, one more Holiday card that almost got forgotten...  :)

More info about the cards: They are 4x8 and can be either horizontal or vertical (in any design) depending on the photo you pick.  They come with white envelopes, but matching envelopes can be added with your return address on them for an additional cost.  Also, I can add a "note" or greeting of some sort of more lengthy message to the back (in black and white) for an additional cost as well.  Ok, I think that's all the important info.

Holiday Cards!

Here are the options for Holiday Cards.  Yay!  I know it is only October, but I have been in the Holiday spirit the last couple of days creating these.  I have even caught myself humming a carol or two. :) So here's the deal.  If you want Holiday cards you need to let me know asap.  I would prefer you use a photo from your session on your card, but since I am pretty booked between now and December, we might be able to work something out.  Speaking of sessions...I am making myself available for Holiday mini sessions on November 1st at the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert.  I have a smoking deal going on right now.  Check this out:
Holiday mini session:
45 minute session, 5 images on disc,
30 holiday cards, and a BONUS 8x10 of
your favorite image.
All for just $75!  SWEET!!

Shoot me an email if you are interested. I have some openings for
that day. Aaaalll righty, here are the cards!

A New Blog...

Hooray!  I suppose I should introduce myself to my new blog arena...My name is Erin DeZago and I am a new-ish photographer in the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ.  I love photographing anyone really, but mostly growing bellies, new tiny toes, smiles and pouts of little ones, and the emotion between family members and lovers.  I have been keeping a blog for the last several months on my .mac website, but I think I need to move into this way of documentation.  So, if you would like to check out what I have done up to this point, go to my old blog, here.  And, to lead off my new blogging adventure, here is a picture to make you smile.
